  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within one (1) to five (5) days of you placing your order, and you should receive your purchase within 5-14 Business days within the USA.  Each product at Dollzly Chic Boutique has an estimated delivery and/or shipping time that can be found in the products descriptions.

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ERRORS OF THE POSTAL SERVICE.** 

However, we will do our best to recover any package that has been deemed lost by the Postal service. 

Definitions:

Estimated Shipping – The amount of time it takes for the product to leave the warehouse.

Estimated Delivery – The amount of time it will take to get to your door. 

  1. What is your return policy?

Paparazzi Accessories:

Broken accessories only! If you receive a product that is broken, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Please provide a picture of the broken accessory/ies and the packaging for an exchange. 

Custom-made wigs:

When placing an order for a custom-made wig by Dollzly your deposit is the price of your hair. If you are not satisfied with your unit adjustments can be provided at no additional charge. A refund will only be given on the service price.

***A full refund will only be provided if your order is cancelled before your hair is ordered***

All other Products:

All sales are final. We at Dollzly do a thorough quality check of all products before shipping. Pictures are provided by email of all orders before shipping. Once your product has been shipped you will be provided a tracking number. 

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if cancelled before shipped. Sometimes orders get shipped out before we can process the cancellation. 

Custom-Made Wigs: Cancellations are possible for a full refund, if you cancel before your hair is ordered. Partial cancellations are given before customization begins. Once your extensions and/or closures and frontals are ordered they are none refundable. 

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are only offered on broken Paparazzi Accessories. If you do not receive the product you expected we will get you the correct one upon receipt of the incorrect item/s.
